Here are guidelines on good hand washing and correct style of Health Fitness

  1. Wet possession with water under a touch or water.
  2. Take just enough liquid detergent to the possession. It would be better if the detergent contains antiseptic.
  3. Rub your possession together.
  4. Rub down to the fingertips.
  5. Your right hand rubbing the again of your left-hand (or vice versa) with interlock jarijari (alternating) between right and left-hand. Rub it between your possession. Do the other.
  6. Put your finger again to again one another and interlock possession.
  7. Rub right usb with remaining palm with a turning motion. Do the same with the remaining usb.
  8. Rub your possession with the again of the possession of one hand with the movement forward, backward, and spinning. Do the other.
  9. Hold your right wrist with his left-hand and do the perspective. Do the same for the left-hand.
  10. Clean possession with detergent from flowing water.
  11. Dry possession with sponges and when using the tap, close the tap with a tissue
